Background
Jed started coon hunting with his brother and his friends when he was 7 years old. When he turned 16, he started competing in United Kennel Club (UKC) hunts. At 18, he started competing in Professional Kennel Club (PKC) hunts. He has numerous accomplishments in winning state championships, final fours, and quarter and semi-finals of the PKC World Hunt. Recent winnings include the Iowa State Championship with Gold Champion NITE Champion Stylish Trader in 2012. Jed finished 4th in the 2011 PKC World Championship with Gold Champion NITE Champion Skuna River Squeaky. When he’s not coon hunting, Jed works on growing his businesses, farming, planting food plots, and scouting for white-tailed deer.
