Knoxville, Tennessee (February 28, 2017) - SportDOG® Brand, the industry-leading manufacturer of electronic dog-training products and accessories will be on display at the 41st Annual National Wild Turkey Federation Convention and Sports Show, held February 17-19, 2017, in Nashville, Tennessee.
In addition to presenting their products, SportDOG will host a special dog-training seminar, presented by renowned retriever trainer and SportDOG Senior ProStaff member Chris Akin of Webb Footed Kennel. Akin will demonstrate remote training techniques for your duck dog, including basic obedience and force fetch, as well as tips on how to introduce your dog to shed hunting. The “Remote-Training Collar Basics and Intro to Shed Hunting” seminar will be held Saturday, February 18 at 1:30pm in Ryman Ballroom AD at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center.
Inside booth #922, attendees can view a complete collection of SportDOG products, including the newest additions: NoBark SBC-R, Contain + Train System, and TEK Series 1.5.
Featuring advanced digital technology, three programmable training modes, and 10 levels of static stimulation, the waterproof SBC-R has been engineered from the ground up with both the dog and owner in mind.
The new Contain + Train System allows owners to exceed the capabilities of traditional containment systems by utilizing remote training within the In-Ground Fence™ boundary, as well as outside it, all while using one collar receiver.
The TEK Series 1.5 includes a combination of Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum Technology, paired with the smaller collar receiver from our TEK 2.0 Series. TEK 1.5 systems include a tracking-only collar and a combination GPS tracking and training e-collar.
