Background
Having Labrador Retrievers since the age of 9 has afforded Lynne a unique opportunity. She's learnt to heed her dogs. They've taught her more than she's imparted to them, and to believe otherwise would be a mistake on her part, Lynne asserts.
She's enjoyed training dogs for 29 years and has run Super Dog Obedience and Gun Dog Training for 19 years. She works with all dog breeds and they've all imparted a vast amount of invaluable knowledge that she eagerly shares with others.
She started bird hunting at 18 years old. Lynne was raised hunting different game species but, as her father wasn't a waterfowl hunter, she lacked access to duck hunting. Thus, she trained her dogs to hunt grouse and quail, and later sought out a waterfowl group to join. After several years, she became an active member of the Hunting Retriever Club.
Throughout her training, she's maintained the belief that if you love your work and understand what's expected, you'll perform to your utmost, and that's her approach to dog training. She's strict yet just, ensuring they comprehend their tasks.
Lynne's principal dog now is HR Fowlcreeks TF Black as Night CD SH (aka Nighty), a 7-year-old Labrador Retriever. She's my hunting ally and steadfast companion. They conduct seminars and demonstrations for Bass Pro Shops, Cabela's, and various other outlets to endorse their sponsors, hunting, and the pleasure of having a top-notch dog.
