My Handheld Device, GPS Collar, or E-Collar module does not turn on.
Check to make sure the unit is properly charged. If not, fully charge the device and try again. Remember to depress the power button for about 2-5 seconds. If the unit still does not turn on, we suggest calling our Customer Care Specialists at (800)732-0144. It will help your Customer Care experience if you register your system before calling.
