Why do I have an inconsistent signal on my boundary?
Make sure the Fence Transmitter is located indoors, in a dry, well ventilated area (1A), and at least 3 feet from large metal objects, appliances or metal buildings(1B).
Make sure all Boundary Wire turns are gradual.
Make sure the Boundary Wire is not running parallel to and within 5 feet of electrical wires, neighboring containment systems, telephone wires, television or antenna cables, or satellite dishes.
If a neighboring containment system may be causing an inconsistent signal, contact the Customer Care Center at 800.275.6797.
