The Collar Receiver is not responding to the Remote Transmitter.
- Check to see if the Collar Receiver has been turned on.
- Make sure the collar and transmitter are programmed to work with each other.
- Check the batteries.
- Replace/recharge the batteries.
- Reset the Collar Receiver.
