The collar doesn’t beep.

  • To test the collar, slide the Vibration Sensor Probe across a rough surface for at least 10 inches. The NoBark should beep.
  • If this doesn’t happen, try it on a rougher surface.
  • For further verification that the collar is functioning, place the contact points on the Test Light Tool and repeat the above procedure.
  • Ensure the battery is properly installed.
  • Charge or replace the battery.
  • If the NoBark continues to fail to indicate proper operation, contact the Customer Care Center at 1-800-732-0144.
