How do I test the unit to see if it is operational?
Slide the Vibration Sensor Probe across a rough surface for at least 10 inches. The NoBark 6 should beep and the light will also flash on the unit, indicating that the collar is activating. Some people may find it difficult to hear the beep as it is a higher frequency sound.
- If your NoBark 6 does not beep and/or light up during this test, try the same test on a rougher surface, such as a piece of unfinished wood.
- Ensure that the battery is properly installed, with the arrow on the battery turned to the lock position on the unit.
- Replace the battery.
