My dog is getting random stimulation.
- Ensure the dog is not wearing any other metal tags or choke chains.
- Ensure that the collar is properly fitted to the dog.
- Remove battery from collar, lift silver metal tab up just a little to ensure good battery contact.
- Replace the battery.
- If still getting random stimulation with new battery, contact the Customer Care Center at 1-800-732-0144.
