Why We Give Thanks

It is the national day of thanks, so we want to take some time to give our appreciation to those who have helped make us what we are. As SportDOG VP Lance Tracy said in his first blog, being on the SportDOG team is a heck of a ride, but these groups have made it a good one:

Our ProStaff- Most of these guys have been with us since Day One. They’ve tested our products, given their input, trained their dogs and, most of all, challenged us to get better every day. With their mentorship and encouragement, we’ve grown more than we ever thought possible in the last 9 years. Thank you guys for all of the guidance, complaints, accolades and advice.

Our Conservationists- From our conservation partners to grant winners, big time projects to grassroots efforts…you all are what ensure we’ll be hunting the game 20 years out of range. We applaud your efforts and thank you for letting us be a part of them. You all are the future of our sport, and we could not thank you enough for that.

Our Dogs- In front of every great hunter is a great dog. Our dogs inspire us to make better products while helping us be better hunters. They’re a big reason we keep innovating at work, and the biggest key to getting to enjoy our days off.

Our Customers- Most of all, we are thankful for you. Thank you for trusting our products on one of your most valuable assets. Thank you for letting us be a part of your hunt. Thank you for providing steady feedback so we can keep building Gear the Way You’d Design It. Without you, there would be no us, and we cannot say thank you enough. Thanks for being on the SportDOG team.

We hope you all have an excellent Thanksgiving and enjoy your time together with your family and pups today.

Happy Thanksgiving from everyone at SportDOG!
