Getting to Game Fair 2012

Game Fair 2012Game Fair, held every year near Anoka, MN, is a favorite for the SportDOG crew. The setting is beautiful, the events are great and the seminars are fantastic. The best part of Game Fair though, is that we get to be out there with you guys, our consumers. Getting to show you all our latest products and talk about how you’re enjoying your current products is an opportunity that none of us can get enough of. We spend over 60 hours a week 52 weeks a year designing, building, testing, and innovating our products, so it’s great to actually get to talk about them with you all. What you love, what could be better, and what you’d like to see. All of it is important to us, and Game Fair is a great outlet to get your feedback.

In addition to being a great chance to meet us, Game Fair is a great time for all hunters and dog owners. There are awesome competitions including archery, retriever trials, dock dogs, and more. We love letting our new folks get out to Game Fair to represent us because they are always blown away by the event, especially the seminars. Game Fair offers a variety of seminars to teach you everything you need to know about dog training. Our own Senior ProStaffer, Tom Dokken, will be doing a lake side seminar every

day at noon. If you haven’t gotten a chance to see Tom and you’re in the area, we highly recommend making it out. Tom is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but he’s a great speaker and it’s just awesome to watch him work dogs.

If you’re going to be in the area this weekend, definitely stop by the event. Our booth is right on the lake and we would love the chance to chat with you about our products, hunting, and, of course, our dogs.
