Background
Carl has numerous years of experience in training his own dogs and several years ago started Blackwater Kennels. He trains mostly retrievers for waterfowl hunting. In addition, he also runs dogs in AKC/HRC hunt tests. He likes spending time with his family and friends in the outdoors.
