Comments about SportDOG SD-2500 Replacement Transmitter:
Only one bad thing about this product and that is the charging system. This is the 2nd one I own and the plug in system on the hand held device is no good. I bought one unit and the replacement transmitter and it was very expensive for the replacement receiver that only worked 6 months before it failed at the plug in site like the first transmitter. Now the 2nd whole unit I bought has the same problem, but it fails way beyound the 30 day replacement period. Needs to be fixed or price reduced because It is just as easy to buy a new unit for a little more than pay for a transmitter. No way to fix you must replace the unit. Needs to have acess to fix it.
